Terms and conditions for training bookings

The terms and conditions below apply for all training contracts unless changed by mutual agreement. Costings are available on request. These will include the workshop fee and travel expenses.

Training Materials

Written publicity for the course can be provided by Ariana. A copy of handouts will be made available to the organisation for copy prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

Payment and Cancellation charges

Invoices will be sent on completion of a training event and. payment is due within 28 days of invoice.

Once a booking for a training event has been confirmed by both parties I would require a minimum of one months cancellation notice. Where 8 – 28 days notice is given there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fees of the workshop. Where less than 7 days or less notice is given the full fee will be incurred. If travel expenses have been incurred at any stage then these will need to be reimbursed in full by the training organisation.
